When do I need to pay for my tipi hire?2023-06-06T13:00:57+00:00

Full payment is required 7 days before your booking date.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?2023-06-06T13:00:27+00:00

If you need to cancel your tipi booking it’s fine. If you can give as much notice as possible it would be greatly appreciated.

How do you anchor the tipi?2023-06-06T12:59:57+00:00

The tipi is held down securely by metal stakes in each 4 poles. I hammer these into the ground. They do not leave any noticeable holes in the ground.

Do you require power for the fairy lights?2023-06-06T12:59:26+00:00

Yes, I will need to plug the lights into a socket (I can run an extension lead to your power source). I do also have a portable Power Station that can power the lights throughout your event.

Is my garden/ space big enough for your tipi?2023-06-06T12:55:52+00:00

The diameter of our tipi is 5.5 meters. If you have a 5.5 meter square space the tipi will fit.

Do you need certain access for poles?2023-06-06T12:57:19+00:00

The longest pole is 4.5 meters in length, I will need access to walk the 4.5 meter pole into position.

Are you able to come and do a site visit to ensure my space is suitable?2023-06-06T12:57:49+00:00

Yes, I can visit your location and discuss your space/ positioning for your event. Equally we can do this via a video call.

Can I view your tipi’s anywhere?2023-06-06T12:58:24+00:00

Yes, I can build a tipi for you in my garden near Cambridge if you would like to view. Post code PE19.

Do I need to be at my property / event location when you build my tipi?2023-06-08T19:15:40+00:00

No, you don’t need to be at your property/ event location. As long as I know where you would like your tipi built and I have access to carry poles and canvas into place
